Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
What counts as a 'standard'?
Each compliance framework (for example ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or SOC 2) counts as one standard. Enabling a standard gives you full access to its clause mappings, templates, audit checklists and requirement tracking.
How does the API add-on work?
The API add-on can be added to any Team or Business plan. It gives you REST API access with a monthly call allowance. Overage calls are billed at the per-1,000 rate for your tier. Enterprise plans include API access at no extra cost.
What is the Australian Pharmacy plan?
It’s a purpose-built plan for pharmacies managing QCPP QC2020 compliance. It includes the QCPP standard, pre-loaded templates, and all the core QMS modules a pharmacy needs — at a price designed for independent and small-chain pharmacies.
Does MCP server access cost extra?
MCP server access is included with Enterprise plans at no extra cost. For Team and Business plans, it’s available via the API Pro add-on ($149/month) which includes both REST API and MCP access.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month. Cancel at any time from your account settings with no penalties or cancellation fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For Enterprise customers we can arrange invoicing and direct bank transfer.
Do you charge per user?
No. Every plan includes a generous user allowance. You won’t be charged extra when you add a new team member — just pick the plan that fits your team size.
