Not at all. Many of our customers use Q360 as their path to certification. Our guided templates and compliance tracking help you build your QMS from scratch, whether you are pursuing ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or another standard.

Yes. Q360 is hosted on Supabase (built on AWS) with row-level security, encryption at rest and in transit, signed webhooks, scoped API keys and regular backups.

Available today: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2, ISO 45001:2018 and QCPP QC2020. On the roadmap: ISO 14001, IATF 16949, AS9100, GMP, HACCP, NDIS Practice Standards and ISO 13485. Q360 is built on an extensible standards registry, so new frameworks can be added without forking the product.

Yes. Q360 is designed for multi-standard management. Enable the standards your organisation needs and the platform maps overlapping requirements so you do not duplicate work. Documents, audits and quality events can be tagged to one or more standards.

Each standard includes its full clause structure. For example ISO 9001 covers clauses 4–10, ISO 27001 includes all 93 Annex A controls and SOC 2 maps the Common Criteria (CC1–CC9) plus Trust Service attributes. Every clause has specific templates and workflows.

Yes. Our auditor pack export generates a complete ZIP bundle with HTML reports, evidence files, JSON manifests and CSV data — everything your auditor needs, filtered by the standard being audited.

Yes. Q360 is contract-first with an OpenAPI 3.1 REST API, a typed client, cursor pagination, idempotency keys, scoped API keys, signed webhooks and an MCP server for connecting AI agents directly to your quality system.

Starter includes 1 standard, Professional includes up to 3 standards and Enterprise includes unlimited standards. Additional standards can be added to any paid plan for $49/month AUD each.

Starter supports up to 3 users, Professional supports up to 25 users and Enterprise offers unlimited users. You can add more seats to any paid plan as your team grows.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
